HISTORY: These biscuits are the first “soft” ones that we produced and the idea to fill them with jam came after an elderly woman complained about the fact that, although she truly loved the almonds and chocolate biscotti, they were way too hard for her dentures. The result was a very fine and soft biscuit filled with top-quality apricot jam that makes the product perfect for every meal, especially for breakfast.
TYPE 0 WHEAT FLOUR. APRICOT JAM (fructose-glucose syrup, apricot puree, sugar, thickening agents: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity regulators: citric acid, calcium citrate, food preservative: potassium sorbate, flavourings), granulated sugar, EGGS, BUTTER (5.15%), corn starch, PASTEURIZED EGG YOLK, inverted sugar syrup, raising agents disodium diphosphate E405ii and sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, grated lemon zest, SALT.
