HISTORY: “Castagnoli” were created after the request of the local governments to promote the local chestnut flour. They have been reviewed multiple times on different magazines as one of the delights of our bakery and they have been presented by the region of Tuscany in several exhibitions as one of the top products of the region itself. In 2007 they have won the “best chestnut flour biscuit” national prize.
