HISTORY: “Pinolino” was at first prepared by “Mamma Rosa” in the Sixties and it is our oldest product. During a visit of a German market in the early Nineties, we were inspired by a baking pan shaped like a donut and we got the idea that it would fit perfectly with our product. The addition of new ingredients and the new shape helped us achieve what we were looking for. The key points of our company policy, such as “no shortcuts” and “no preservatives” but just simple and fresh ingredients, have been followed with every recipe, including this one even if it affects the marketing of the product. “Pinolino” has been reviewed multiple times on different magazines as one of the delights of our bakery and it has been presented by the region of Tuscany in several exhibitions as one of the top products of the region itself.
