HISTORY: We produce sourdough starter and every September we make it from the fermentation of apples. Panfrutto® was born because we wanted to make something different from the typical “panettone”, something special and we wanted to give the opportunity to our clients to identify the unique flavour of our own “panettone”.
Panfrutto® is made after the research of natural fruit and high-quality ingredients, which are then kneaded with a special technique. After taking care of every single step of the process and 48 hours of natural leavening our dessert is ready.
Panfrutto® has been reviewed multiple times on different magazines as one of the delights of our bakery and it has been presented by the region of Tuscany in several exhibitions as one of the top products of the region itself. In 2008, during “Dolcemente Prato”, a local exhibition, Panfrutto® is elected as one of Italy’s finest “panettone”.
